At SHARAF Group, success has always been based on hard work and an unwavering commitment to honesty and integrity in everything we do. Today\u2019s business environment is complex and changing, but one thing that has never changed is our belief that our good reputation depends on each of us being personally responsible for our conduct.<\/div>
What follows is a summary of SHARAF\u2019s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Policy.<\/div>
It is provided as an overview but not as a replacement for your review and understanding of the entire policy.<\/div>
Our Commitment<\/strong><\/div>
\u2013 Protecting SHARAF\u2019s reputation is the responsibility of every employee in the organization, This policy applies to all employees, temporary employees as well as business partners such as vendors and consultants.<\/div>

Our Responsibilities to Each Other<\/strong><\/div>
\u2013 We owe each other honesty, respect and fair treatment.<\/div>
\u2013 We support laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, gender, origin, age, religion, disability, marital status.<\/div>
Privacy<\/strong><\/div>
\u2013 We need to learn about what types of information are protected by law and establish appropriate levels of protection.<\/div>
\u2013 Protect the confidentiality of personal information.<\/div>
\u2013 Return or destroy personal information that is no longer needed.<\/div>
\u2013 Immediately report the loss or inadvertent disclosure of employee information.<\/div>
Safe and Healthy Work Environment<\/strong><\/div>
Each of us is responsible for acting in a safe manner that protects ourselves and others. Report situations\/ concerns immediately.<\/div>

Our Responsibilities to our Customer and Business Partners<\/strong><\/div>
\u2013 Honest and Ethical Dealings \u2013 treat our customers fairly and honestly.<\/div>
\u2013 Be responsive to customer\u2019s requests unless it is something you regard as unethical or unlawful.<\/div>
\u2013 Promise what you can deliver and deliver what you promise.<\/div>
\u2013 Confidential information from customers should be protected.<\/div>
\u2013 Business leaders who oversee work with governments\/government owned entities must remain up to date on relevant regulations, and responsible to communicate SHARAF\u2019s business standards to third parties working on behalf of SHARAF Group .<\/div>
\u2013 Conflict of Interest \u2013 Any conflicts of interest, either real or perceived should be immediately reported.<\/div>

Gifts and Entertainment<\/strong><\/div>
\u2013 We do not accept or provide gifts, favors or entertainment if the intent is to improperly influence a business decision.<\/div>
\u2013 Gifts, either given or received, should be appropriate to the business relationship.<\/div>
\u2013 Individual gifts should be limited to a reasonable and customary value.<\/div>
Protecting SHARAF Group Assets<\/div>
\u2013 Each employee is responsible for the company\u2019s assets as they are the intangible assets for the company. Company assets are for business use only.<\/div>
\u2013 Confidential Information \u2013 should only be used and disclosed for legitimate business purposes and only with individuals that are authorized to have access to the information.<\/div>

Our Responsibilities to the Marketplace<\/strong><\/div>
\u2013 Intelligence \u2013 We must never engage in fraud, misrepresentation or deception to obtain competitive information.<\/div>
\u2013 Communicating with the Public \u2013 SHARAF Group needs a consistent voice when speaking with the public. \u2013 It is important that only authorized employees speak on behalf of SHARAF Group .<\/div>
Our Responsibilities as Corporate Citizens<\/strong><\/div>
\u2013 Personal involvement in the organization is encouraged, but we should not pressure co-workers.<\/div>
\u2013 You have the right to participate in the political process but you do not have the right to portray your views as those of SHARAF Group .<\/div>
\u2013 Insider trading \u2013 Confidential information may not be used for personal benefit or the benefit of friends, family or business associates.<\/div>
\u2013 Anti-trust and Fair Competition \u2013 We never engage in improper practices that may limit competition and we never look to gain competitive advantage through unethical or illegal business practices.<\/div>
\u2013 We do not pay bribes or kickbacks at any time for any reason to a private business person or government official. It is especially important that we monitor third parties acting on our behalf.<\/div>
\u2013 Global Trade, SHARAF Group honors the trade, import and export laws in all of the countries in which it operates and we expect our business partners to do the same.<\/div>
\u2013 SHARAF Group and its Subsidiaries can state with assurance that as a company, neither slavery nor human trafficking exist in any of its businesses and that such practices would be a violation of our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.<\/div>
